After being to an exhibition called Space shifters ar Southbank center,
(360° Illusion V (2018) by Jeppe Hein was especially influencial as by looking at the surrounding being reflected and combined via the usage of multiple mirrors I became more aware of the space I was in and I started paying more attention to how I felt there and how i placed mysylf in that space with other visitors probably thinking the same about their own place in there)
I started to think more about space as something, not purely personal but rather something perceived by people around, which led me to a reassessment of my own space and where it stems from. As a result I decided to try and literally combine traditional spaces connected to my background:
-an imitation of a traditional yurt
-red conour (traditional part of a conventional Orthodox house in Eastern Europe)
I thought it could be quite interesting to play with these contradictory elements of space as one is a corner, whereas the other one is a space of a circular shape.
